First Time Client Appointment Policy

Here at Simply Erinn’s Unisex Hair Salon, we look forward to an ongoing relationship in providing you with all of your hair care needs. As we strive to make sure we are available at the time that works best for your schedule, we ask that you extend the same courtesy.

We require a non-refundable 50% deposit of first time booked services at the time of scheduling your appointment. Our methods of payment are Master Card, Visa, Cash, or Money Order. We apologize but we do not accept Discover, American Express, or Checks. Please be aware that gratuity is cash only and cannot be placed on your card.

Client Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy to our Guests and Stylists, if you need to cancel/reschedule an appointment we respectfully request a 24-hour advance notice (including no-shows). If not, we require a 100% deposit of your next book service, which is non-refundable.

Arrival Time

Please arrive to your appointment at least 10-15 minutes in advance, if possible to relax and prepare for your service. You must call to notify us in advance that you will be up to 15 minutes late for an appointment and we will do the same for you if we are not running on time.

If not, we reserve the right to reschedule and you will forfeit your deposit. Late arrivals are subject to reduced services and/or service time or rescheduling. The fees will still remain the same for the reduced services and we will do our best to accommodate you, if time permits.

Guest Etiquette

Please arrive to your appointment at least 10-15 min. in advance. At this time we also request that you do not bring any additional guest(s), people who aren’t receiving services to your scheduled appointments. We have limited seating space which is designated for clients receiving hair care services.
We also request that you refrain from using your cellular device or any other electronic device that you may bring, while being serviced. We will also give you the same respect by doing the same.

Children

We appreciate the cooperation of all parents in ensuring the safety of their children by bringing them into the Salon, only if they are receiving a service. Damage to the Salon or Salon property is the full responsibility of the parent or guardian.
